Pipeline Fittings: Materials We Use
We are capable of manufacturing pipeline fittings from an extensive range of materials. Alternatively, we are happy to machine your free issue supply (fittings or raw material).

Materials:
- A105/N, LF2, F11, F22, F52, 4130, 316L, 304L, 321, F51/31083, F44,/31254, F55/32760, Titanium, A200, A400, A625, A825, C276, C2000, B3.
Please note that we offer most of these pipeline fitting materials from stock in all forms (bar, forging, plate). Should stock not be available of a certain material, we can normally access it from the manufacturer very quickly.
Our manufacturing facility is well equipped. We have 3 Nakamura C.N.C. machines with FAPT control, as well as several Harrison 400-600 lathes with Ainjest taper screw cutting attachments. Maximum turning capacity is 36" diameter. All fittings are supplied with a 3.1.B manufacturing & materials certificate. 3.1.C certification can also be supplied with independent witness by Lloyds. We have also been certified to BS:EN ISO 9001:2000 and are UKAS accredited.
